Lead Time
Custom individual orders take time to produce properly.
Lead time is confirmed after we review your request, but most custom orders are completed within [1–4 weeks] depending on complexity and production schedule.

Custom Orders Policy
- All custom order enquiries are subject to our acceptance.
- Submitting a form, sending an email, or messaging us does not confirm an order.
- Orders are confirmed only after we approve the request in writing and, where applicable, receive the required payment or deposit.
- Custom orders are made specifically to the approved requirements. Changes may affect price and lead time.
- Custom and personalized orders are not refundable once production has started.
- Shipping charges are calculated separately and are borne by the customer unless stated otherwise.
- We do not copy or reproduce other brands’ copyrighted or trademarked designs.
