Depending on the product, custom options may include:

• Name or initials personalization
• Leather color selection
• Thread color options
• Hardware options
• Size adjustments (Jackets)
• Gift packaging (on request)

How It Works

1. Send your request
Tell us what you want and share any reference photos.

2. Confirmation
We review your request and confirm availability, options, and pricing.

3. Payment / deposit
A deposit may be required before production begins.

4. Production
Once confirmed, we begin production.

5. Final photos & shipping
We complete the item, share final photos, and ship your order.

Lead Time

Custom individual orders take time to produce properly.

Lead time is confirmed after we review your request, but most custom orders are completed within [1–4 weeks] depending on complexity and production schedule.

Custom Orders Policy

• All custom order enquiries are subject to our acceptance.
• Submitting a form, sending an email, or messaging us does not confirm an order.
• Orders are confirmed only after we approve the request in writing and, where applicable, receive the required payment or deposit.
• Custom orders are made specifically to the approved requirements. Changes may affect price and lead time.
• Custom and personalized orders are not refundable once production has started.
• Shipping charges are calculated separately and are borne by the customer unless stated otherwise.
• We do not copy or reproduce other brands’ copyrighted or trademarked designs.
